Key Responsibilities : – Architect and design high-performance backend systems and services using Java. – Define the technical direction and backend architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience. – Mentor and lead mid-level/junior engineers through design reviews, coding standards, and best practices. – Ensure seamless integration across cloud-based services, databases, and microservices. – Own delivery of large modules/features from planning to production. – Collaborate with product managers and other engineering leads for roadmap planning. What We’re Looking For : – 7 years of backend development experience with strong architectural and system design expertise. – Expertise in Java, microservices, and distributed system architecture. – Strong background in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). – Hands-on experience working in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP/Azure). – Ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and make scalable design decisions. – Previous experience in a high-growth fintech startup or fast-paced product environment. – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science from IIT/NIT/BITS or top-tier institutes.
