Commercial Excellence:Business Intelligence & Governance: Reports /Dashboards to be updated/ created basis business needs/ proactive data cuts that can be brought inTrack business performance across Operations function against identified KPIs for respective verticals within MED & derive actionable insights proactivelyLeverage industry/domain knowledge, trends & benchmarking to identify opportunities to explore via new business model innovation & commercial modelsLead quarterly performance reviews & own incentive calculations for sales teams for on time payout for performancePricing control & governance across Business (products) & service domains/ deal support on regular basis in close workings with sales team/ leadership teamsLeading AR/ sales collections calls with teams for service & consumables to ensure on time/ on target collection in close coordination with sales teamStrategy:Own Strategy development & refinement for MED leadership to steer profitable growth delivering strategy & strategic pursuits ,steer implementation & thereby aiding market scoping, customer journeys,GTMs & overall customer excellence, process & people improvementsLead efforts on special projects aligned with global initiativesCoordinate & deliver on MED level operational excellence – Management meetings/Townhalls/Global visits etc – Play a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Divisional Manager and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the MED leadership Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the DM.

Skills/experience required:Minimum 3-5 years work ex in healthcare industry experience preferredMBA finance/CA/ equivalent domain expertiseStrong analytical skills to analyze data trends, industry trends & identify potential opportunities & risksProficiency in using data to advise decision making & measure performance against key metricsAbility to lead/empower cross functional teams to achieve strategic objectivesOutstanding communication skills, facilitation, interpersonal & data visualization skillsStrong orientation to strategy frameworks, project management & project delivery
