Job Description : UI/UX Designer. Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Developer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user-centric interfaces, a flair for motion graphics, and proven experience leading a team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience while driving innovative design solutions for our products. Key Responsibilities : UI/UX Design & Development : – Design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces. – Ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. – Translate user research findings and wireframes into high-fidelity designs. Motion Graphics & Interaction Design : – Create motion graphics and interactive elements to enhance user engagement. – Design animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that align with brand guidelines. Team Leadership : – Mentor and guide a team of designers and developers, fostering creativity and innovation. – Assign tasks, review team deliverables, and ensure timely project completion. – Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Design Tools & Best Practices : – Proficiently use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and After Effects. – Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. – Adhere to and promote best practices in UI/UX design and development. Project Collaboration : – Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. – Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative solutions to complex problems. – Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback. Required Skills : – Strong experience with UI/UX design principles and frameworks. – Expertise in motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar. – Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing front-end designs. – Ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and creativity. – Knowledge of design systems, wireframing tools (e.g, Figma, Adobe XD), and prototyping. – Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards. – Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : – Experience with 3D design tools or animation is a plus. – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. – Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work and UI/UX projects.
