Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Program Manager located in Hyderabad. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with program management, analytical skills, project management, software development, and product management within the : – Create Project Charter with high level Business Case, Project Objectives/Deliverables, Key Requirements, Milestones, and seek sign off from Project Sponsor/Leadership – Identify and analyze high level project constraints such as Timelines, Scope, Risks, etc – Schedule and Facilitate Meetings with the stakeholders to kick off the project – Capture Minutes of Meeting and assign owners Planning : – Lead and direct project planning with the help of development team, product owner/architect, BA, etc – Create and develop Project Plan and Release Road Map. – Actively participate in “Effort” and “Time” estimation and align the resources – Helps identify dependencies between activities and solves any issues/road blocks by integrating with the teams – Ensure the EPIC/Feature/PBI/Development Tasks structure is created by the respective teams as per the requirements given in PRD document – Ensure Test cases are aligned to the Features/Development tasks – Work with Testing Team on creating planner and driving the testing activities Execution &Monitoring : – Periodically update the planner/road map (JIRA, TG, DevOps, Excel, etc) to provide clear direction to the development team on the deliverables – Schedule Daily Stand-up calls and actively participate to track the project progress and provide guidance to the team on removing any impediment (ref:hirist.tech)
