Job Description
UI Designer Number of Positions : 1 Location : Shillong Employment Type : : BE/MCA/M.Sc/B.Tech in Computer Science, Design, or a related field Key Skills Required : – Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) – Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles – Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing – Good understanding of user-centered design (UCD) methodologies – Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines – Ability to create design systems and component libraries – Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js – preferred but not mandatory) – Experience working in Agile/Scrum : – Improve the UI/UX of the MSPSDC portal to enhance usability and user engagement. – Work closely with developers and product managers to translate requirements into design concepts. – Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions. – Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs. – Implement and maintain a design system to ensure UI consistency. – Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles. – Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. – Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
