This role blends design with product and offers a front-row seat into startup building from 0 to 1.You’ll collaborate on multiple fast-moving projects—from rapid prototyping to user testing, and UI polishing. If you’re excited by user-centered design, startup energy, and working directly with decision-makers, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and iterate on mobile/web interfaces for new and existing productsTranslate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypesConduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisionsCollaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams for cohesive executionMaintain and contribute to the existing design systemPresent designs and ideas to founders, incorporating real-time feedbackWho You ArePursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, or a related fieldSolid understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layoutProficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchFamiliar with basic user research and testing methodsCurious, creative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo(Bonus) Experience with Webflow, HTML/CSS, or motion designKey Analytical Skills:•Strong Analytical, Documenting & Attention to detail with business analysis and Gap analysis skills with competitor products•Proficient with new market technologies and products, especially AI and automation•Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionWhat You’ll GainDirect mentorship from startup founders and core teamHands-on experience in product strategy and design executionA strong portfolio with real-world projectsDynamic, fast-paced startup culture with high ownershipPossibility of full-time conversion based on performanceEmployment TypeFull-time
