Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
Design wireframes, user flows, site maps, and prototypes that communicate interaction ideas effectively.
Create high-quality visual designs using tools like Figma , Adobe XD , or similar platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Ensure design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
A deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and strategies.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX work and design thinking approach.
Good to Have
Experience in agile/scrum product development environments.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for improved collaboration with developers.
Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-platform design principles.
