We’re looking for a
creative UI/UX Designer
who can understand client needs, apply strong design fundamentals, and add original, brand-relevant touches to every project. If bold ideas, playful interfaces, and imaginative problem-solving excite you, you’ll feel right at home here.
This role goes beyond basic design work. You’ll bring
storytelling, visual direction , and
strategic thinking
to digital products while also contributing to internal growth by mentoring interns and exploring the latest tools shaping design and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Translate high-level concepts into beautiful, intuitive, and functional interfaces.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups in
Figma , using
Auto-Layouts
like a pro.
Bring
storytelling
and strong
visual direction
into product design.
Maintain and contribute to evolving
design systems
and UI libraries.
Ensure consistency across designs by aligning with brand and UX guidelines.
Collaborate with developers for seamless handoffs using dev-friendly assets.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Stay on top of UI/UX trends, best practices, and interface innovation.
Advise and support design
interns
by reviewing work and guiding them.
Proactively explore and test
AI-based design tools , plugins, and workflows.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong design portfolio.
Fluency in
Figma , especially Auto-Layout, prototyping, and component libraries.
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, responsive design, and user flows.
Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS (nice to have, not mandatory).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote environments.
Nice to Have
Understanding of
marketing graphics
and the ability to collaborate with or manage creative teams.
Experience working with
Wix ,
Webflow , or similar no-code tools.
Exposure to branding, storytelling, and motion/interaction design.

₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
