Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client needs.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Design user-centered interfaces that reflect the client’s brand identity and enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts and obtain feedback.
- Develop and implement UI components and interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize UI designs for performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
