Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer at iNoesis Technologies. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, and user experience design. The role is located in Chennai, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
- Create and manage components, variants, auto layouts, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop clear user flows, wireframes, and information architecture to guide product development.
- Maintain and enhance the organization’s design system for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and business goals.
- Incorporate user feedback and usability testing insights into design improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in Figma with a strong command of advanced features.
- Demonstrated experience in user flow creation, information architecture, and design systems.
- Solid portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
- Exposure to usability testing and user research practices.
