UI/UX Designer

Billeasy is a leading technology company specializing in creating e-bills and developing robust e-commerce platforms for businesses that sell products online or through channels like WhatsApp. Our mission is to simplify and streamline the billing and e-commerce processes for businesses, enabling them to enhance customer experiences and drive growth in the digital realm. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Jr. UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma, leveraging features like Auto-layout, Components, and Sections effectively
Design and iterate user flows, interfaces, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and improve usability
Adapt to existing design systems and contribute to their growth with reusable, consistent design elements
Conduct design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate quickly to refine design solutions
Ensure designs are scalable, responsive, and user-friendly across different devices and platforms
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Participate in usability testing and implement findings into the design process
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven work experience as a Jr. UI/UX Designer.
A strong portfolio showcasing real projects and design processes across web and mobile applications.
Sound knowledge of wireframing, user flows, and responsive design principles.
Proficiency with Figma and deep familiarity with its features like Auto-layout, Sections, Components, and Prototyping.
Ability to work within a design system and extend it to meet evolving product needs.
Should be able to create visually appealing & scalable designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Excellent time-management and task prioritization abilities.
