UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered designs. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, improving user journeys, and delivering engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into beautiful, functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:User Research & UX Strategy
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows.
Wireframing & Prototyping
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Iterate designs based on team and user feedback.
UI Design & Visual Aesthetics
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with the brand identity.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work on responsive design for mobile and desktop.
Collaboration & Handoff
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for handoff to engineering.
Testing & Feedback
- Conduct A/B tests and usability tests to validate designs.
- Incorporate feedback from real users and stakeholders into the product.
