We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our Hyderabad office and play a key role in shaping next-generation digital interfaces.

What You’ll Do

As a UI/UX Designer at RADcube, you will:

• Design & Prototype user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with RADcube’s digital strategy.
• Conduct UX Research (user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis) to improve product usability and accessibility.
• Develop Wireframes & High-Fidelity Designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure a Seamless UX Flow by mapping out user journeys, identifying pain points, and improving workflows.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders for a cohesive user experience.
• Implement Design Systems & UI Guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Use Analytics & User Feedback to iterate on design decisions and optimize interfaces.
• Stay Ahead of Trends in UX/UI, accessibility, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.

User research experience (conducting usability tests, A/B testing, surveys, personas).

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

Understanding of interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics (a plus).

Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, typography, color theory, and UX writing.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, front-end concepts (preferred, not mandatory).

Ability to articulate design choices clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Experience with Jira, Miro, Notion, Confluence for team collaboration.

Exposure to AI-driven design tools and Conversational UI/Chatbot design (a plus).
