Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role:
Unified Mentor is seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a user-centered design approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and define UI/UX requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows for digital interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs
Develop visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines and user needs
Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams
Contribute to and help maintain the design system and component library
Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (please include a link)
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Good understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing processes
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Exposure to tools like Framer, Zeplin, or InVision
