About the Role

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create functional, beautiful designs that improve usability and engagement. You’ll own the design process end-to-end and help evolve our visual identity across client projects and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user experience and interface design for internal tools and client-facing applications.
  • Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to ground decisions in user behavior.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • Translate product and business requirements into intuitive user flows and visual designs.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
  • Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect attention to detail.
  • Apply Design Thinking methodologies to propose, test, and validate innovative UX solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or platform-based applications.
  • Strong command of Figma, with experience in building component libraries and design systems.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools.
  • Experience conducting user research and transforming insights into product improvements.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for user-centered design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with global teams in agile development environments.
  • Understanding of conversational UI or AI-driven interfaces.
  • Exposure to developer handoff tools like Zeplin or integrations with Jira/Asana.
