Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for our web applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Design for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive design principles are followed.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system.
- Use Figma to create and deliver design assets.
- Participate in Agile development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with Angular or React is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing for responsive web applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with user testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
