Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for our web applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Design for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive design principles are followed.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback on design iterations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system.
• Use Figma to create and deliver design assets.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with Angular or React is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing for responsive web applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with user testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
