UI/UX Designer – Figma
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team with 3-5 years of experience in user experience design and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.
– Create and refine UX designs for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.
– Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather insights and translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
– Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather user insights and improve designs.
– Maintain consistency across platforms by creating reusable design components and ensuring alignment guidelines.
– Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across all devices.
– Keep up with the latest design trends and industry best practices to create modern and competitive user experiences.
Preferred candidate profile :
– 3-5 years of experience in UX design.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects (web and mobile).
– Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or equivalent.
– Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing.
– Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
