Key Responsibilities : – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements. – Design user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. – Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. – Create engaging designs for web and mobile platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. – Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs. – Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging tools in UI/UX. – Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. Required Skills and Experience : – Proficiency in Design Tools : Advanced expertise in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. – Creative Thinking : Ability to conceptualize unique design solutions that solve user pain points. – User-Centric Design Approach : Strong understanding of user psychology, usability principles, and human-computer interaction. – Technical Acumen : Familiarity with design systems, responsive design frameworks, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS. – Collaboration Skills : Strong communication and teamwork abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams. – Portfolio : A compelling portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design expertise across diverse projects.
