Required Skills and Experience : Proficiency in Design Tools : – Advanced expertise in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. Creative Thinking : – Ability to conceptualize unique design solutions that solve user pain points. User-Centric Design Approach : – Strong understanding of user psychology, usability principles, and human-computer interaction. Technical Acumen : – Familiarity with design systems, responsive design frameworks, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Collaboration Skills : – Strong communication and teamwork abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams. Portfolio : – A compelling portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design expertise across diverse projects.
