UIUX Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital experiences, ensuring user-centric design principles are at the core of every project.

MOW-Onsite (Bengaluru)
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis – Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping – Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern tools.
- Visual & Interaction Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
- Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
- Usability Testing – Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
- Design System Management – Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Ability to create responsive and mobile-first designs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not mandatory but a plus).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present design concepts effectively.
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.
