Job Title: US NON IT Senior Recruiter – Healthcare Industry
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (5 mins walking from the station)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
CTC: ₹6 LPA
Industry Focus: Healthcare IT Staffing (US Market)
Experience Level: Senior (3+ Years)
Shift – 7 PM to 4 AM
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven US NON IT Senior Recruiter to join our team in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This role focuses on sourcing top-tier talent for healthcare clients in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment, a good understanding of the healthcare domain, and excellent sourcing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US NON IT recruitment for healthcare clients—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Work extensively with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder , and professional networks like Linked In Recruiter.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
Coordinate with US-based Account Managers and clients during EST working hours.
Keep track of submittals, interviews, and closures using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure all profiles are compliant with US hiring standards , including work authorization and healthcare industry norms.
Stay updated with market trends, technologies, and healthcare domain updates.
