Notice : immediate to 30 days prefered

Location : Pune / Any LTIMindtree location

Job Description:

UserCentered Design -Conduct and oversee user research to understand target audiences pain points and behaviors. Develop and advocate for user personas journey maps and experience blueprints. Ensure that designs are accessible inclusive and meet industry standards

Design Execution – Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Oversee the design process from concept to delivery ensuring highquality outputs

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Design Systems Documentation Maintain and contribute to the companys design system and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

Optimization Insights – Analyze user feedback behavioral data and usability testing results to refine designs

Stay updated on emerging design trends tools and technologies to bring innovation to the team

Collaboration – Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to align on design direction feasibility and product requirements

Technical Skills

Design Tools – Expertise in tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or similar

HTML CSS and JavaScript Optional – Basic understanding to collaborate with developers effectively

DataDriven Design – Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics Amplitude or Tableau to inform decisions

Accessibility Standards – Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and designing for inclusivity

Collaboration Tools – Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence or Trello for Agile collaboration

Soft Skills

Empathy – Understanding and prioritizing user needs in the design process

Communication – Clearly articulating design decisions and their rationale to diverse audiences

ProblemSolving – Tackling complex design challenges with innovative solutions

Adaptability – Staying agile and open to feedback in a fastpaced environment

Critical Thinking – Evaluating multiple perspectives and making informed design decisions

Preferred Skills

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically

Ability to present and communicate design ideas and concepts effectively

Proficient in prototyping tools such as FIGMA InVision Axure and Mockplus

Familiarity with frontend development concepts HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus

Experience with user research methods and usability testing

Be detail driven and able to manage time across several projects at the same time

An understanding of design usability and research best practice.
