UX Designer – User-Centered Design

Job Description

Qualifications & Experience :

– Bachelor's / Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.

– 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of user-centered design practices.

– Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.

– Experience with user research and usability testing tools like UserTesting, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop.

– Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior.

Skills & Attributes :

– Strong ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

– Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and information architecture.

– Excellent communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating with team members.

– Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior and test the effectiveness of design solutions.

– Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
