Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our Account Managers in managing key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be quick to learn, and demonstrate a keen understanding of client servicing. Knowledge of technology, website development, or digital solutions would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in handling client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of brand-related activities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of services.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic support.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, feedback, and project progress.
- Stay updated on technology and website development trends to provide informed suggestions to clients.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to learn quickly , adapt, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding or keen interest in technology, website development, or digital solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and CRM software is preferred.
