Job Description
Responsibilities : – Design, develop, and maintain a variety of Workday custom reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reports, to meet business needs. – Create and optimize complex Workday Calculated Fields to support reporting requirements. – Analyze and optimize Workday report performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and delivery. – Possess a strong understanding of Workday Data Sources and how to leverage them effectively for report creation. – Apply knowledge of Workday Security Configurations to ensure data privacy and appropriate access within reports. – Develop reports related to Workday Business Processes to provide insights into process efficiency and effectiveness. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing Workday reports. – Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. – Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for developed reports. – Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday reporting features and best (Mandatory) : – 4 years of dedicated hands-on experience in Workday report development. – Proven expertise in Workday Custom Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reports). – Strong experience in creating and optimizing Workday Calculated Fields. – Demonstrated ability to optimize Workday report performance. – Solid understanding of Workday Data Sources. – Knowledge of Workday Security Configurations related to reporting. – Experience in developing Workday Business Process : – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. – Proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. – Strong communication and collaboration abilities. – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
