Job Title : Product Designer UI/UX Location : Bangalore, India Reporting To : Chief Technology Officer Company : client :AI Startup XOMIRO is a hiring partner of client. About the Role : Were looking for a talented and hands-on Product Designer to join our growing team at client , based in Bangalore. In this role, youll play a pivotal part in shaping the UX and UI for our innovative suite of AI-driven productsincluding Web Apps, AI Copilots, and Agentic Applications. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact user experiences. Key Responsibilities : – Lead and manage the end-to-end UX design processstrategy, research, style guide development, concept creation, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and product testing. – Design intuitive user interfaces and user flows for AI agentic applications and web platforms. – Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design specs are implemented accurately and efficiently. – Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders across different teams and levels. – Advocate for user needs and ensure they are central to product decisions. Required Skills & Experience : – 23 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, including prototyping, user testing, and creating responsive interfaces for B2B/B2C SaaS applications. – A formal degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Applied Arts, or a related field, with a strong digital design portfolio. – Proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Proto.io, Balsamiq, and more. – Skilled in wireframing, storyboarding, process flows, and UI mockups. – Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. – Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. – Strong preference for candidates with experience in startups or early-stage companies. – Experience designing products with large-scale user engagement (1M daily active users and high transaction volumes). – Prior experience in enhancing UX and interaction design for products already deployed in production. – Out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for creative and technically feasible Product Design Experience : – Web applications built on frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or similar. – Mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS. – (Bonus) Experience designing conversational interfaces such as chat and voice bots.
