Job Description
Responsibilities : – Design and iterate on digital products from concept to implementation, both independently and collaboratively. – Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web platforms. – Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. – Interact with real users regularly to understand their needs and pain points. – Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process. – Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. – Present design solutions in a clear and compelling manner. – Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs by collaborating with development teams. – Maintain design consistency and quality throughout the product lifecycle. – Understand and simplify complex financial products into user-friendly and intuitive designs. – Contribute to design strategy and product roadmap discussions. Skills Required : Mandatory : – User Experience (UX) design. – User Interface (UI) design. Additional Skills (at least 1) : – Design strategy/Business analysis. – UX research. – Art/Illustration/Graphic design. – Motion/Interaction design. – HTML. – UX writing. Qualifications : Experience : – 4 years of experience in UX/UI design. – Graduate degree (any stream). A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process and work is mandatory.
